As the countdown to the examination date continues, Sani reiterated the eligibility criteria, highlighting that candidates must fall within the age bracket of 10 to 13 years by September 2024, in accordance with the Federal Government’s directives. Moreover, Sani seized the opportunity to appeal to parents’ sense of responsibility, cautioning against the haste in pushing children through the educational system. “It is imperative for parents to consider the long-term ramifications of rushing their children’s education, as it may have adverse consequences in the future,” he cautioned.
Further expressing optimism regarding the preparedness of school authorities and management, Sani reassured the public that pupils have been adequately briefed on the examination format and expectations. He expressed confidence that with the collective efforts of stakeholders and the adherence to guidelines, the 2024 NCEE would be conducted seamlessly, paving the way for deserving candidates to embark on their educational journey in Federal Unity Colleges across the nation.
