In a stunning performance, Kylian Mbappé, the 25-year-old forward for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), scored two goals and solidified his status as the world’s best player, leading PSG to the quarterfinals of the Champions League. The French side secured a 2-1 victory over Real Sociedad in San Sebastián, Spain, with a 4-1 aggregate win over the two legs of their round-of-16 tie.

Owen Hargreaves, another former footballer and pundit, echoed Ferdinand’s sentiments, comparing Mbappé to legendary forwards Thierry Henry and Ronaldo Nazario.
